The Turbo Chameleon 64 is a multipurpose cartridge that can be used in the expansion port of the c64 or as a stand alone device.
The Turbo Chameleon 64 began as a project to create a cartridge that would give the Commodore 64 VIC-II VGA support. Then called VGA-64 the project quickly grew with additional features beyond VGA support. Eventually most of the features now associated with the Turbo Chameleon 64 fell into place and the project was renamed because of its far wider scope than initially envisioned.
