Talk:Operator

I realise that trigonometry is considered a function, but it fits well here in a function-like operation. In addition, I have seen some cross-contamination with the word "function" which could also refer to a subroutine. --Charliefourzero 13:07, 17 December 2013 (CET)

When writing this page I did not include any coding examples as they are on each respective function page; which are all hyperlinked. I see this this page as purely an explanation of an operator, rather than detail on individual operators. I therefore felt code on this page would detract from the code on the specific page for each function. If examples are provided for AND as well as OR, then why not all the others? If we want to make it obvious then a comment to explain where examples can be found should be sufficient. Thoughts? --Charliefourzero 13:13, 17 December 2013 (CET)
