First we don't editing in other user pages! - Here should also the user write!!

Second, I want to know, why is "File:" for pictures better than "Image:"?

Third, why can't articles as templates not a part of a bigger article? -

• I try to avoid it, but that To-Do page that I edited is a maintenance page for someone that aimed to fix certain problems: The problem itself was already fixed, by merging both the lowercase and uppercase version, but was not resolved because it was still on that page. It was an appropriate fix because they had intended to make the same exact change themself.
• Secondarily, File: is simply the more updated version for Image:; It is more correct to use, and tends to have better support for files that are not images, like txt files or other non-image types. There is no saying when Mediawiki will deprecate Image:, so it is best interest to try and update it when possible. At worst, it's a smaller command that saves bytes to render per page.
• Third point is that it is generally considered poor form to transclude actual written page content onto pages through the use of templates. This is far from standard practice–especially with how little content is actually being brought over. Usually, for using templates for content on pages, it is strictly for large tables such as the ones found on BASIC#Commodore BASIC Commands, not written words. Personally, I don't see why you don't just add the content directly on to the page itself, or, if you truly do not want to have it hosted as one page, distinguish it visually in some way to make it more akin to a standard template. I made the correction primarily because the "Template" was not being transcluded correctly at all.

• The user pages and their sub-pages are private and should only be edited by this user! It doesn't matter whether it's a work page or, for example, a new article! Many thanks for the future attention!
• Thank you very much for the tips. Unfortunately, the image: has always been used for pictures...
• I cannot say why some authors did this some time ago. But it somehow made sense to have the article as an article and in some articles also as a text embedding...

I understand your concern, but also believe that working to preserve wiki functions as a whole is important as well. If I move a file which is used on both mainspace and a user page, it is appropriate to correct the user's page so that it does not become broken: Preservation of the site/page > Broken links and needless redirects. If nothing else, this user has been active up to the beginning of this month of January, and if they have concerns about the small action I took, they are more than free to message me directly.

They (File:/Image:) both serve the same function. I just prefer using the newer, more efficient version. No reason to rollback edits for it, but no reason to specifically make edits to fix it either. Just because an author might have done something in one way does not necessarily mean we should continue having the page that way. I don't think it is a complicated fix, and that they should be resolved when best possible.

As for the project page that I have made, if you have any questions or concerns about how certain procedures might be done, or what certain sections mean, do not hesitate to ask me here on my talk page.

Ich verstehe Ihr Anliegen, glaube aber auch, dass es wichtig ist, sich für die Erhaltung der Wiki-Funktionen als Ganzes einzusetzen. Wenn ich eine Datei verschiebe, die sowohl auf dem Mainspace als auch auf einer Benutzerseite verwendet wird, ist es angebracht, die Benutzerseite zu korrigieren, damit sie nicht kaputt geht. Wenn nichts anderes, war dieser Benutzer bis Anfang dieses Monats Januar aktiv, und wenn er Bedenken wegen der kleinen Aktion hat, die ich unternommen habe, ist es mehr als frei, mir direkt eine Nachricht zu senden.

Sie (Image:/File:) beide erfüllen die gleiche Funktion. Ich bevorzuge einfach die neuere, effizientere Version. Kein Grund, Bearbeitungen dafür zurückzusetzen, aber auch keinen Grund, speziell Bearbeitungen vorzunehmen, um das Problem zu beheben. Nur weil ein Autor etwas auf eine Weise getan haben könnte, bedeutet das nicht unbedingt, dass wir die Seite weiterhin auf diese Weise haben sollten. Ich glaube nicht, dass es eine komplizierte Lösung ist und dass sie gelöst werden sollten, wenn es am besten möglich ist.
