John Phillips is a computer game programmer. He developed a few games for home computers. He is a former Technical Director of the software company The Bitmap Brothers.[1]

He won the Golden Joystick Award twice. In 1988 in the category Best Original Game with Nebulus and in 1989 in the category Programmer of the Year.
